Our Custom Process

1 - LET'S DESIGN

We will create your design for each piece of merchandise. We will send over a questionnaire to build your order with all the details we need for an accurate quote. You will receive about 3 designs to choose from.

2 - REVIEW THE QUOTE

After designing the products, we will send you an order summary outlining the apparel style, color and sizes as well as a digital mock up representing the final product. If you need to change any details of your job, let us know now at this step.

3 - APPROVE MOCK-UP

Mock up approval will start your printing order.  We will not move your job into production until you confirm the order summary and mock up. Make sure to approve them quickly to help keep your order completion on schedule.

4 - PAYMENT

After approving the mock up a 50% retainer is due and will push your order to printing. By paying your retainer, you are agreeing to our terms of service and telling us you are ready to have us go to work.

5 - PRINTING

Standard turn around time is 5-7 business days for in stock, non custom merch. For custom orders please allow 10-14 business days for printing. There are many factors that can impact this, so we will give you an estimated turn around time when you approve your order and will keep you informed with any delays or information.

6 - SHIPPING OR DELIVERY

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to process your final payment. We will ship your order and send you tracking information. If you have arranged to pick-up your order or local delivery, we will send some dates and times that are available.

7 - RECEIVE + SHARE

When you receive your order, please check it against the pack slip to ensure everything has been received. Now it’s your time to shine, get those shirts into the hands of your adoring family, friends, fans and customers.

8 - REPEAT

Everything we do is about building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
